AFR Admission for the media at the meeting held by the Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs on Friday 3rd 2006 February with Heads of Diplomatic Missions accredited to Denmark.

The meeting starts at 10:30 am and will take place at Eigtveds Pakhus, Strandgade 25 in Copenhagen.

Accreditation is not required. However, journalists and photographers who wish to cover the event must present a valid Danish or international press card.

There will be no access for the public to the area surrounding Eigtveds Pakhus. Entrance for the media representatives will take place at Strandgade 27 (The gate at Arkitekternes hus) from 9 am until the end of the meeting. All media representatives must go through a security check in order to get access to the areas around Eigtveds Pakhus. The security check will take place in the canteen of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Outside the entrance at Eigtveds Pakhus it will be possible to cover the arrival of the Heads of Diplomatic Missions. There is no access to the meeting hall. TV-transmissions from the meeting hall presenting the beginning of the meeting will be transmitted by Danmarks Radio (Danish Broadcast Corporation). These will be distributed by EBU, Reuters and APTN (Please contact Charlotte Borg +45 20891010 for questions). Scanpix and Polfoto will deliver still photos on regular pool terms.

After the meeting there will be a brief doorstep interview held by Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen.

A limited number of parking spaces have been reserved for the media behind Eigtveds Pakhus (Entrance through the gate at Arkitekternes hus). Transmission vehicles must be parked at the parking lot.
